Follow M2/A2 or M20/A20 route to Dover then follow signs for the Eastern Docks. Parking is in a multi-storey car park connected to the Eastern Docks.

Security Measures:
Gold Standard Secure Car Park, patrolled by Dover Harbour Board Police.

Arrival Procedure:
Follow signs for multi-storey car park. Park in any space. Follow Tour Operator or ferry company instructions for check in.

Minimum Stay:
3 days.

Departure Procedure:
Customers present their entry ticket & Airport Parking voucher at manned payment point in return for an exit ticket.

Insurance:
Parking is at owners own risk, subject to printed terms and conditions.

Follow the M2/A2 or M20/A20 route to Dover then follow signs for the Cruise Terminal.

Security Measures:
Parking may be undercover Fully alarmed building, regularly patrolled by Dover Harbour Board Police.

Transfer Frequency:
Parking may be undercover in the cruise terminal but is not guaranteed.

Arrival Procedure:
Go to cruise parking reception office, hand in voucher. Porters assist with luggage, driver directed to parking bay.

Departure Procedure:
Clients make their way to parking area and collect their vehicle.

Insurance:
Parking is at owners own risk, subject to printed terms and conditions which are available at the port.

Follow the M2/A2 or M20/A20 route to Dover and then signs for Eastern Docks and the 15 minute parking zone.

Actual timings of transfers:
24 hours. A Relyon driver will drive cruise customers in their car to the Cruise terminal.

Security Measures:
Vehicles are stored in a fully fenced secure compound.

Arrival Procedure:
Park in 15-minute zone & proceed to terminal. Check in at the Relyon Desk (Ferry Customers with their luggage).

Minimum Stay:
1 day.

Departure Procedure:
Vehicle will be returned to relevant terminal on customer's return.

Insurance:
Relyon drivers are fully insured to drive customers cars.
